Apple AirPods Pro 2 Wireless Earbuds

I received my AirPods Pro today, but I am having problems connecting them to my iPhone.

I charged the case and earbuds, turned Bluetooth off and on again, and tried resetting them several times. The earbuds are detected by my iPhone, but every time I try to connect, I receive a "Connection Failed" message.

The indicator light flashes white and then changes to orange, but the device still does not connect properly. I also could not find the serial number information.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you can provide a replacement, troubleshooting support, or a refund if the item is defective.
